Funnel Packs are created for agencies, designers and marketers. We try not to use elements of "Pro" or "paid" versions of software whenever we can help it - but the page builder creators will sometimes lock down settings.

Thankfully page builders are usually going to be things that agencies, designers and marketers have a licence for, when using on their own sites and with their clients. If you're not able to find the shortcodes in the "Templates" section for your Elementor install, this is because you're using the free version of Elementor.

For Elementor there are a couple of areas where the Pro version would be helpful. These are:

  1. The shortcode column being available and visible in the back-end.
  2. The Form module is only in the Pro version.

We highly recommend purchasing an Elementor licence for the Pro version, which is $49 at the time of writing. It is still possible to access the shortcodes for free, but you'll need to take some extra steps.

Elementor Free Workaround

Here's a quick 3 minute video showing you a workaround option to get the shortcode and also a little information about an alternative to Elementor's Form function. We recorded this for a customer who asked previously.

The plugin you need to get the shortcodes is: https://wordpress.org/plugins/piotnet-addons-for-elementor/

For the form option, you'll want to either use a HTML module and put in the code for the form that your email provider uses (e.g. Mailerlite, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign etc). Or you may find that they have a WordPress plugin of their own that will allow you to display the form.

Ultimately, if you have the budget to do so, we'd always recommend getting the Pro version of Elementor for $49. It's very competitively priced and you get quite a lot of extra features for your money.
